Explore Somatic & Eco-Psychotherapy
Moving beyond strategy-driven fixes to find internal and external alignment.
An embodied, nature-aligned space for analytical, sensitive, and introspective individuals navigating the pressure of mainstream expectations.
You might be highly adept at analysing your thoughts, yet find yourself feeling fundamentally disconnected from your physical body. Perhaps you are navigating deep sensitivity or a rich inner life in a culture that demands constant output, rigid masculine archetypes, or superficial optimization.
Standard, strategy-driven cognitive behavioural approaches can sometimes feel like just another task to manage. Here, we don't treat your introspection as a symptom to be fixed—we treat it as the bedrock of your alignment.
How We Work: Somatic & Ecological Frameworks
Somatic Mindfulness
Instead of just talking about your experiences, we slow down to track how your core beliefs and automatic patterns physically live in your body right now. By bringing gentle, curious awareness to physical sensations and somatic boundaries, we uncover and heal old blueprints that no longer serve you.
Eco-Psychotherapy & Nature-Based Sessions
If you would like, we can intentionally step outside the confines of the traditional ‘therapy room’. Using local public ecosystems along the Adelaide foothills or parklands, we integrate natural movement and ecological reflection into the therapeutic process. Nature ceases to be a background and becomes an active partner in grounding your nervous system and expanding your perspective.
